2007 — 21 November: Wednesday

Next driving lesson. More later!

Back safely, but now into a post-lunch1 whirlwind of banks, building societies, dental, house, and contents insurance companies, JobCentrePlus, and no time today, it seems, to bundle up all those meds for a chemist. (I'm doing the best I can, Christa!) I also thought it safer to let Junior do the driving this afternoon. The morning lesson was spent traversing driving test routes in heavy, speedy traffic; including the infamous "hill start" up the hill from the railway station in Southampton. An automatic transmission is a major advantage!

Reminder: Funeral service for Christa — Friday 23rd November

At 2:15 p.m. in the West Chapel of Southampton Crematorium, Bassett Green Road.

Followed by tea and a biscuit at Frith Hall, United Reformed Church, Kings Road, Chandlers Ford from around 3 p.m. Nigel Guilder is the funeral director.
